Agassi's autobiography causing great controversy
Written by Administrator
Wednesday, 25 November 2009 22:37

The parts of his life that André Agassi chooses to portrait and reveal in his recent autobiography has really stirred up not only the tennis world, but it seems like every evening-paper has at least one article covering it. With Armenian roots (Father Mike), Andre Agassi is considered one of the greatest players to ever set foot on a tennis court. But his life wasn't always as spotless as one might think. Despite great achievements, Agassi constantly caused controversy throughout his whole career with his initial punk rocker appearance and attitude. The autobiography called Open is a sad glimpse into the life of a man whose very existence is defined by a sport he hated. The book contains everything from growing up, having dealt with drugs and alcohol problems to description of his many opponents.
